Terms and Conditions - WildPay Cashless System

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the WildPay cashless system ("WildPay") provided by Gowild at various festivals and events. By using WildPay, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read this Agreement carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By using WildPay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you may not use WildPay.

WildPay Festival Wristband

2.1 Wristband Activation: To use WildPay, you must activate your festival wristband by providing accurate and complete information as requested during the registration process. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the provided information.

2.2 Wristband Usage: Your WildPay festival wristband is the primary means of making cashless payments for goods and services offered by participating vendors at festivals and events where WildPay is enabled. The wristband will store the funds necessary to complete transactions.

2.3 Wristband Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your WildPay festival wristband. Treat it as you would treat cash and keep it safe at all times. Provider is not responsible for any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your festival wristband.

WildPay Usage

3.1 Cashless Payments: Your WildPay festival wristband allows you to make cashless payments for goods and services offered by participating vendors at festivals and events where WildPay is enabled. Simply tap or scan your wristband at the vendor's

3.2 Wristband Balances: You can check your WildPay wristband balance by logging into the WildPay online portal or using designated balance-checking stations at the festival. The balance displayed represents the remaining funds available on your wristband.

3.3 Refunds and Returns: Refunds and returns for products and services purchased using WildPay are subject to the policies of the respective vendors. Provider is not responsible for any refund or return-related issues. Please contact the vendor directly for any refund or return inquiries.

Privacy and Data Protection

4.1 Data Collection: By using WildPay, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information in accordance with Provider's Privacy Policy. Your personal information may be used for registration purposes, transaction processing, account administration, security purposes, and other activities necessary for the operation of WildPay.

4.2 Third-Party Sharing: Provider may share your personal information with trusted third-party service providers involved in the operation and maintenance of WildPay, provided that they adhere to appropriate privacy and security standards.

4.3 Security Measures: Provider will take reasonable measures to ensure the security of your personal information and the protection of your wristband data. However, no system is completely secure, and Provider cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Limitation of Liability

5.1 Disclaimer: WildPay is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or representations, express or implied. Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of WildPay and disclaims any liability arising from the use of WildPay.

5.2 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Provider harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of WildPay, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Modification and Termination

Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate WildPay or any part thereof at any time and without prior notice. Provider may also modify this Agreement from time to time by posting the updated terms at the festival venue or notifying you through other reasonable means.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

Entire Agreement
